Vélyos: guided e-Bike tour of the Ailyos works of art
Description
Take off on an electric mountain bike ride with Valérie and discover the heights of Leysin or the vineyards of Aigle and Yvorne. This accompanied e-bike ride is an opportunity to take a moment for yourself, get some fresh air in the middle of nature and (re)discover the region in a different way.
Along the way, there will be a few stops where you can admire some of the works of Ailyos Art Nature, pass through villages and enjoy pretty views. The outing continues on a convivial note with a gourmet stop to sample products from Marc Bonzon's butcher's shop. If you don't have your own electric mountain bike, you can hire one when you book. The activity is offered for four dates in Leysin and two in Aigle/Yvorne.

More information
- Sporting requirements for the Leysin route: level 1 to 2 (beginner to intermediate): be able to cycle for 2.5 hours in "Eco" and/or "Tour" mode on a road open to traffic, passable paths, narrow path containing roots, stones or other slight obstacles.
- Sporting conditions for the Aigle/Yvorne route: level 1 (beginner) welcome.
- A minimum of 4 participants is required for the outing to take place. In the event of insufficient registrations, the tourist office will contact you the day before the activity to cancel.
- Minimum age: 16 (or 14 if you have a moped licence).
- Helmet, water bottle and windproof jacket compulsory.
- Inner tube, gloves, rucksack (strongly recommended).
- Sportswear suitable for cycling and the weather.
- Fully-charged battery that can last up to 3 hours in "tour" mode. No recharging guaranteed along the route.
- Sporting conditions for the Leysin route: levels 1 to 2 (beginner to intermediate): be able to cycle for 2.5 hours in "Eco" and/or "Tour" mode on roads open to traffic, paths suitable for vehicles, narrow paths containing roots, stones or other slight obstacles.
- Anyone with more technical or physical ability is of course welcome.
Cancellation policy
If cancelled or modified up to 48 hours before the event or the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100% of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
