Guided walk & Wine tasting in Ollon
Description
During your stay in the Alpes Vaudoises, discover the passionate work in the vineyards of Pierre and Michel Anex! Throughout the activity that starts at 3pm, you'll taste the wines produced as part of a 3-hour walk along the slopes of the small village of Ollon... with an unforgettable panorama of the surrounding mountains in the background!
The history of the vineyards and the wines produced on the estate will hold no secrets for you: chasselas, cuvée blanche, chenin blanc, rosé, gamay, pinot noir, gamaret-garanoir, divico, two-noir, cabernet jura, douceur d'automne... A dozen or so wines can be enjoyed, accompanied by home-made aperitifs prepared with local produce (cheese, sausage, vegetables, etc.).
So, are you up for an instructive (and slightly exhilarating) immersion in the local wine heritage?
