Description
A Roman colony and capital of the Helvetians, Aventicum was home to nearly 20,000 inhabitants at the height of its development. Many remains of its public monuments remain today, the most famous being the Amphitheatre.
During this tour, your guide will introduce you to the history of the city and its various buildings as well as the daily life of its inhabitants.
This tour of the Roman site and its many monuments will end at the thermal baths, a real leisure complex with pools, saunas, massage rooms and a rest room.
