Guided road bike outing in the Alpes Vaudoises

The Alpes Vaudoises are ideal terrain for road cycling, with passes regularly used by the UCI Gran Fondo Suisse, the Tour de Suisse, the Tour de Romandie and even the Tour de France! The Alpine scenery also leaves no one indifferent, with its quiet roads through pastures. Come and discover this paradise with Lillie Rumpf, aka Cycling Heidi, a certified Swiss Cycling guide based in Gryon.

This private outing can be tailored to suit all levels of cyclist. Up to 8 people can join the group.

Some ideas for outings :

• The 3 legendary passes of the Alpes Vaudoises (Col de la Croix, Col du Pillon, Col des Mosses)
• Secret little roads in the Alpes Vaudoises and the Hongrin lake
• A tour of the mountain pastures with a visit to the cheese-makers (not included in the price)
• A flat loop through the Chablais vineyards with a visit to the UCI World Cycling Centre (not included in the price)

To be agreed directly with the service provider after booking

• Bring your road bike in perfect working order and your full equipment (including helmet, cycling shoes, gloves and sunglasses). Bring suitable clothing for the weather. If you need to hire a bike, send a message to lillie@cyclingheidi.ch for more information. 

• The outing takes place in all weathers, unless the guide decides that conditions are dangerous. The decision will be communicated no later than 24 hours before the activity in the event of changes or cancellation.

• In the event of a sudden change in weather conditions during the outing, the guide is empowered to take any appropriate decision.

• If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
