Cycling skills workshop for all levels

Are you nervous on descents ? Or perhaps you find it hard to put your hands in the drops ? Or do you want to feel more comfortable riding in a group ? Learning basic techniques in a friendly atmosphere can greatly improve your cycling experience. Come and discover these techniques in this workshop with Lillie Rumpf (Cycling Heidi on social media), a certified Swiss Cycling guide !

Take advantage of this workshop for cyclists of all levels to improve your technique ! 

This half-day event is ideal for women, but is open to everyone. 

During this workshop, you will learn how to :

• position yourself correctly on the bike
• improve your braking and cornering technique
• ride in a group

Other elements can be integrated depending on the level and interests of the participants !

After this workshop, you'll not only have more confidence but also more fun.

Gravel bikes are welcome, but this workshop is devoted to perfecting road technique. Cyclists who have already taken part in this workshop, or who want to perfect their technique on ascents and descents, can sign up for the workshop "Road bike skills in the mountains workshop".

• A minimum of 4 participants is required for the workshop to take place. The service provider will contact you in the event of cancellation due to a lack of participants.

• The workshop takes place in all weathers, unless the guide decides that conditions are dangerous. In this case, the tour will be postponed to a date convenient to the participants. The decision will be communicated no later than 24 hours before the activity.

• In the event of a sudden change in weather conditions during the workshop, the guide is entitled to take any appropriate decision.

• In the event of unavailability of dates, please contact the supplier directly.

• Not included in the offer: bike or Gravel and all the equipment that goes with it (helmet, shoes, gloves and sunglasses). Please bring your own equipment. We will be outside in static conditions for long periods, so bring adequate clothing to keep warm depending on the weather.

• If the reservation is cancelled, modified or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
