At Terres de Lavaux, we produce wines that are representative of the entire Lavaux vineyard, a UNESCO Wold Heritage site.
Chasselas, our winemakers' favourite grape vairety, is a veritable "terroir sponge". Although it is vinified in the same way, it offers different tastin experience depending on the soil from which it comes.
